Meet me at the end of the world…

Thanks to Robin for the link…

where did you begin 2007?
At home with my wife and in-laws.

what was your status by valentine's day?
celebrating 5 years with my wife (from when we started dating).

Praise God no!

yeah, got a speeding ticket in Kamloops.

where did you go on vacation?
Grande Prairie and Edmonton

what did you purchase that was over $500?
TV, couch, a dining set.

do you know anybody who got married?
oh yeah, a great many people which is one of the funner things I get to do.

do you know anybody who passed away?
yes, I also get to do a lot of these and while I would call it fun it is one of the things I do in which I feel the most fulfillment and honor.

did you move anywhere?
no, and hopefully wont this year either

what sporting events did you attend?
cant say I went to a single one.

what concerts/shows did you go to?
Ok, lessee here. Def Leppard/Styx, Brent Butt, Stuart McLean, Phantom of the Opera, Great Big Sea, and I think a couple more but I cant remember.

describe your birthday:
this year it was very uneventful and reflective, although I finally got a Puang from Ikea and I have wanted one for eons so that was very cool.

what's the one thing you thought you would not do but did in 2007?

Plan a brothers trip to Disneyland (Sean and I are going in Feb)

what has been your favourite moment(s)?
There have been many this year, leading a Twilight Zone bible study, working with the new senior Pastor, Jef, and getting to know his family, getting to know my wife more and more as time passes is pretty cool.

any new additions to your family?
Nope.

what was your best month?
July, I just like July for some reason.

what music will you remember 2007 by?

OneRepublic (especially the Apologize song, the surprisingly awesome Blake Lewis album, and many many other albums.

made new friends?
Yeah, my cousin Alex and I have always been friend, but since he came here from England, it has reminded of how much I miss close guy friends and that will definitely be a priority in 08

favourite night out?
Def Leppard ranks pretty high up there, but I would say Brent Butt was the best night. Phantom was also cool because Candace and I merged our love of that musical into one.

overall, how would you rate this year?
10 out of 10, a huge year of growth for me.

other than home, where did you spend most of your time?
my office.

change your hairstyle?
yep, I grew it out, I am now a hippie, but I must admit I totally love it.

how old did you turn this year?
33.

do you have a new year's resolution?
not intentional ones, but mostly just to get through this year without any breakdowns.

do anything embarrassing?
heheh, oh yeah.

buy anything new from eBay?
waaaay too many Heroclix figs.

get married or divorced?
nope, and nope.

get arrested?
I WISH, hehe not really though.

be honest - did you watch american idol?
sadly yes, although this year it felt like watching a horrible accident from which you cannot look away.

did you get sick this year?
Yep, had a breakdown in January and was off work for a month, other than that the usual colds and stuff.

been snowboarding?
no

are you happy to see 2007 go?
The philosophical part of me knows that time will move as it will, but as a year I liked 2007. There are some bits I would rather not relive, but it was overall a very fulfilling year that I enjoyed a lot. I look forward to 2008 with hope.
