So I had White Spot for lunch again. Specifically a Bacon Cheddar (BC) Burger and fries. I dont get them that often because I have to be over Langley way at lunch time for it to be convenient, but when I am.... ooooh I think naughty things about White Spot.
A couple of times since we moved here Candace and I have craved their burgers so bad that I drove all the way there, past McD, past A&W, past Wendy's, past numerous other burger purveyors just to get that special taste we love so much. Seriously, it is THAT good. When I buy from there I cannot wait till I get home, I have to have a few fries on the way, this is the only place I get food from that I do this. They are just so awesomely crisp on the outside and soft and potatoey inside, and they are skin on which I looooooove. The burgers taste real, I dont know how else to say it, but they taste like perfectly seasoned beef. The bacon is done crisp and crunchy and the tomato and lettuce are always fresh. And dont even get me started on their signature Triple O sauce! Basically it is mayo and ketchup relish mixed together but both are homemade and both are WICKED.
So here's to you White Spot! May your fries always be crisp and never limp. May your burger always be juicy and your Coca Cola always cold!
