OK, you have to check out this band. We the Living appears to just be getting started but their tunes are really cool. Best Laid Plans is the track I would recommend you listen to first. It is an emotional, thoughtful, powerful song. I love finding a group like this, they are available on both i-Tunes and Napster. Check them out here (click on the myspace for the easiest way to get to the tunes)
As an aside this totally struck me as a Smallville song, and would work great on that show.
